We’re social animals at heart. So whilst there’s a role for self-paced e-learning, well planned and thought through in-person learning has the most impact because – well – excluding Silicon Valley sociopaths – people work best when working together.
The proof is in the data – people learn complex things more easily through attending an ‘in-person’ workshop.
They can then interact with the materials, debate with other participants, question and challenge the facilitator with immediate answers, work in teams and, if you follow our Action Learning Project approach – actually do some real work, applying what they learn in real time to real projects that they’re working on and get some immediate consultancy on the output.
